1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Payments and Transactions

Members are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid, belongs to them, and is permitted for use with online gaming platforms.
Deposits are generally credited to the account promptly following successful processing, subject to the payment method used. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing and are subject to verification procedures. start-539 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to confirm the identity of account holder before releasing funds.

If a transaction is found to have been made using fraudulent payment methods or in violation of these terms, start-539 reserves the right to void any associated wagers and withold funds pending investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

While we take reasonable steps to maintain service reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, start-539's total liability any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim. Members participate in gaming activities at their own risk.
Intellectual Property

start-539 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable belief of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its members. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance held may be subject to forfeiture.
Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting support through the in-platform contact channels. Accounts subject to pending transactions or active reviews may not be closed until those processes are complete.
